SANYYO stone sand making line is one of the most advanced impact crushers nowadays. It introduces high quality roller bearings, which ensure the smooth running of main unit. Personalized design is used in upper cap, stone sand making line is easy and convenient to maintain and replace spare parts. Stone sand making line is our sole patent using central feeding & central cascade feeding, which can be changed based on customers' needs.

Working principle

The entire center feeding: Material falls the feed hopper, then enters the high-speed rotary sling wheel from center feeding hole, which is speeded immediately in the sling wheel. The speed can reach several dozens times of the gravity acceleration. Then stone sand making line is thrown from the sling wheel. First, it is crushed with other rebounded material fell freely from the sling wheel. Then both of them are impacted to the material lining (rock-rock) or strike back block (rock-iron), rebounded and stroke to the top of eddy cavity of stone sand making line in the inclined-up direction. Then it moves along deflection-down, and forms a continuous material curtain with the material from the impellers passage. Just like this, the material is stroke, rubbed, crushed twice or more, then is discharged from the down discharging hole.

A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

A:30% by T/T in advance once sign the order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.

Our packing and payment terms

1.We usually accept T/T,L/C,D/P,D/A.
2.T/T: 30% in advance as the deposit payment,the balance will be paied before shipemt;
3.We will take pictures of finished products before delivery.

Transportation:
1.By sea Freight or by air.
2.MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAI/KLINE/CMA/NDS,etc.Also we could meet the customer's requestments if they have nominated shiping company.
3.In order to meet customer's requestments for tariff preference,we will provide the full set clearance docs,also provide you the CO/CNCA/Form E,etc.
