Dealing with the material no more than 350Mpa anti-pressure strength,Impact Crusher can be widely used in the first and secondary crushing.During the process of operating,the rotor in high speed will be brought along by the eletric motor.The material will be stricken by the Flat Hammer to be crushed,and then be countered to the liner for the second crushing,then be discharged through the discharge opening.

Impact crushers working principle
When the impact crusher works, The rotor rotates with a high speed driven by power motor when the machine is working. When the materials get into hammer effect area, they are impacted to break on the rotor and then thrown to the impacting position to take another crushing. After that materials will spring back to hammer impacting area from impact wrist plate for crushing again.The process won’t stop till the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet.

Our packing and payment terms
1.We usually accept T/T,L/C,D/P,D/A.
2.T/T: 30% in advance as the deposit payment,the balance will be paied before shipemt;
3.We will take pictures of finished products before delivery.
Ways of Packing:
exporting standard packing,for example:wood packing,bulking packing,iron packing,nuded packing,etc.
Transportation:
1.By sea Freight or by air.
2.MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAI/KLINE/CMA/NDS,etc.Also we could meet the customer's requestments if they have nominated shiping company.
