Jaw crusher has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacture, reliable work. Jaw crusher are widely used to less than 320 MPa broken. The crushing ratio can reach 4-6, and product size is uniform. It is used for coarse and middle crushing and is widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry and many other industries. In accordance with the feeding port width it can be divided into big, medium, and small crusher. Feeding port width more than 600MM for large machines, in 300-600MM as midrange crusher, feeding port width less than 300MM for mini crusher.

The work method of Jaw Crusher is as follow.

The motor drives the mobile jaw up and down through eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and mobile jaw increases when mobile jaw plate moves up. So the mobile jaw plate closes up the fixed jaw plate. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when mobile jaw

moves down. The mobile jaw plate move away from the stationary jaw plate with the pull of draw rod and spring, so the crushed stone will be discharged from the outlet. This process will repeat. The moving jaw will crush and discharge the stuff circularly.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Payment?

A: 30% by T/T in advance once sign the order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down?

A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.

Delivery & Payment

payment：

1.We usually accept T/T,L/C,D/P,D/A.
2.T/T: 30% in advance as the deposit payment,the balance will be paied before shipemt;
3.We will take pictures of finished products before delivery.

Ways of Packing：
exporting standard packing,for example:wood packing,bulking packing,iron packing,nuded packing,etc.

Transportation:
1.By sea Freight or by air.
2.MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAI/KLINE/CMA/NDS,etc.Also we could meet the customer's requestments if they have nominated shiping company.
