SANYYO impact crusher description

Impact crusher is generally used as secondary crusher to break hard, medium hard and soft materials. impact crusher can process granite, basalt, limestone,ect, whose granularity is not bigger than 120-300mm and compressive strengh is no more than 300Mpa. Also it can be used as primary crusher according to the type of stone and customers requirements by changing rotor and crushing cavity.

When material being fed into the blow bar function area, the materials fall into breakage because of high-speed impact and get the second breakage after being thrown to the impact plate installed above rotor, and finally rebound to the blow bar area to get repeat crushing. The process repeats until materials are broken to the required size and then discharged from the bottom of the crusher. We can get our required size of the end products by adjusting the clearance between the impact frame and the rotor frame.
