SANYYO PF series impact crushers feature a unique combination of heavy-duty rotor,crushing chamber and wear material. Dealing with the material no more than 350Mpa anti-pressure strength,Impact Crusher can be widely used in the first and secondary crushing.During the process of operating,the rotor in high speed will be brought along by the eletric motor.The material will be stricken by the Flat Hammer to be crushed,and then be countered to the liner for the second crushing,then be discharged through the discharge opening.

When the machine works, the rotor rotates with high speed when the crusher is driven by motor. Materials enter crushing chamber and impact with hammers on the rotor, and are thrown to impact plate for being crushed, and then are rebounded back to hammers for being crushed again. The materials enter the first chamber, the second chamber, and the third chamber for being crushed repeatedly until they are crushed into suitable size. The final product is discharged from the outlet. Product size and shape can be adjusted by adjusting space between impact plate and rotor.

A:30% by T/T in advance once sign the order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.

Our packing and payment terms

Transportation:
