Wafer Batter Mixer

 

Function:

This machine is used to making the batter. The mixed batter which in storage tank would be standby, and they will be conveyed by pipeline when the baking oven needs.

 

Configuration:

1. Batter mixing tank and batter storage tank both are mounted together.

2. Capacity of batter will be 25kg flour and 40kg water per batch which can be converted to 65kg batter within 5 minutes of mixing.

3. Batter mixing tank all made of stainless steal. Fram made of carbon steel welding and spray high temperature paint around.

4. Motor: SEW brand or Chinese brand.

5. Bearing: SKF brand.

6. AC contactor: SCHENEIDER brand.
