Power system

Cummins 6CTAA8.3-C215 engine meets Euro II emission regulation, over 25% part number less than other products of its class, low service cost and saving over 50% service time; bypass valve improves the low speed performance;

Vibration system 

●Shantui patented vibratory drum features sound structure and consistent performance. The high volume of lubrication oil ensures good lubrication and cooling and prolongs service life of machine.
●Vibratory pump and motor are supplied by well-known internal manufacturer to ensure reliable vibration system and compaction.

Driving performance

The double traveling driving system provides power to the front drum and rear axle; 3 speed ranges available; the low speed is applicable to vibration compaction operation and climbing while the high speed is applicable to quick transition and movement within a large range;

Cab

●Single gear-shifting lever increases operator’ efficiency and relaxes the operator;
●Comfortable and tough imported seat that can be adjusted forward and backward; the seat is also equipped with an armrest that can be turned to right or left side and retractable safety belt;
●The cab is equipped with A/C; the rubber shock absorber isolates the operation from vibration, which relaxes the operator greatly;

Applicable scope

●Standard double amplitudes expand application scope;
●Large span between high and low exciting force enables different compaction solution to different density;
●Vibration data of the drum conforms to field condition; in addition, the drum can be installed with a pad foot to expand application scope;

Service and maintenance

The engine good can be lifted to a large degree; service-free battery, real-time monitoring of pressure and temperature and reasonable layout of fuel tank and oil tank ensure good maintenance, cut short shutdown time and increase efficiency of machine.

Applications

SR20-5/SR20P-5 all hydraulic vibratory roller features all hydraulic steering with articulated slewing bearing that makes the machine to turn easier and enables efficient operation. The machine is applicable to compaction of foundation layer, secondary layer and filling of various materials compaction of non-viscous materials and is preferred by large construction site.
