Power system

Drive system 

Drive system adopts the hydraulic torque converter with automatic stepless speed change and the transmission with power shift, ensuring the steady drive-away and the flexible gear-shifting and the effective transmission. In addition, the labor intensity could be greatly alleviated.

Tire structure

●Front four wheels and rear five wheels are adopted to realize the overlapped compaction through the wide-base plane, with the specific ground pressure up to 480KPa.
●The balance weight decides the compaction and the wig-wag machine is mounted on the front wheel, effectively flatting the road and improving the working efficiency.

Brake system

●The emergency brake and the hand brake could guarantee the safety of both operator and machine.
●The emergency brake adopts the gas-over-oil shoe-type brake system, with the total braking force 2 times higher than the ground friction force. The manual brake adopts the abrasive – disc spring brake.

Sprinkler system

The intermittent sprinkler system could make full use of the water pump, not only prolonging the service life but also proving the working efficiency. 

Cab

●Dual steering wheels and dual seats have the independent control systems. The power handle could make the gear-shifting more easy and reliable.
●The streamline hood together with the bilateral operations and the wide-angle exterior rear-view mirror provides the wide view of filed to the operator.
●The spacious cab could be equipped with the A/C depending to the different working conditions. 

Applicable scope

●The sprinkler system with the imported water pump could satisfy the different working conditions.
●The balance weights could be loaded and unloaded with the forklift to adjust whole-machine weight for different working conditions.

Service and maintenance

●The over-turning rear cover facilitates the inspection and the maintenance of key parts such as the drive axle and the brake system.
●Shantui wheel-type road rollers have the excellent maintenance performance and greatly shorten the downtime because of the wide-angle open hood, eight-point centralized pressure-measurement system, maintenance-free battery, real-time monitoring of all the pressures and the temperatures and the reasonable arrangement of diesel tank and the working oil tank, improving the machine utilization.
