RB series operating principle

       The impellers in the RB series blowers are mounted directly on motor shaft for noncontact air compression without friction entirely. Bearings are installed outside of the compression chamber, which ensure the maximum reliable performance even when blowers work at the highest pressure differential.

       The gas is taken in through the inlet 1. The impeller 3 impacts the gas in the direction of rotation when gas enters the side channel 2. Meantime, centrifugal force in the rotating impeller accelerates the gas outwardly, and pressure increases. As the impellers go on rotating, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, resulting in further increasing of air pressure along the side channel. The side channel becomes narrower at outlet, and the compressed gas is swept out of the impeller and discharged out of the side channel blower.

Unsurpassed at highest differential pressure

       Our revolutionary 4RB blower can create pressure difference up to 100mbar, which is much higher than any other blower. Up till now, other systems which can reach such high pressure difference, have much bigger volume and much louder noise than ours, and are also very easy to wear out for abrasion. Now our blowers, besides the advantage of low noise and wear free operation, it can also work under much harder conditions.

       Our side channel vacuum pumps/compressors can guarantee continuously work up to 20000 hours without maintenance.

       The excellent, safety and reliable performances of our blowers have already been proved under the hardest condition. Although the very low noise level and reliability of our blowers have impressed all clients around the world deeply, our designers and engineers are still trying to make the blowers even more quiet.

Impeller
