RB series operating principle

       The impellers in the RB series blowers are mounted directly on motor shaft for noncontact air compression without friction entirely. Bearings are installed outside of the compression chamber, which ensure the maximum reliable performance even when blowers work at the highest pressure differential.

       The gas is taken in through the inlet 1. The impeller 3 impacts the gas in the direction of rotation when gas enters the side channel 2. Meantime, centrifugal force in the rotating impeller accelerates the gas outwardly, and pressure increases. As the impellers go on rotating, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, resulting in further increasing of air pressure along the side channel. The side channel becomes narrower at outlet, and the compressed gas is swept out of the impeller and discharged out of the side channel blower.
