Sea Freight Working procedures:

a. You authorize us to handle your shipment by notifying supplier(s) about us by email with copy to us;
b. We contact your suppliers to initiate the shipment with an sea booking;
c. We confirm vessel space and vessel schedule with you;
d. Release S/O to shipper and send goods to seaport or we arrange the pick up;
e. Export customs clearance;
g. Vessel departure;
h. Issue a freight charge invoice to you;
i. You make the payment and send us payment copy;
j. Provide the SWB to you;

k. Vessel arrival notice;
l. Shipping Service review and improvement suggestions.
