2、 Documents required for booking the export of foaming agents

1. Booking authorization letter;

2. Shipping company application form (i.e. DG From, which can be filled out by the freight forwarder);

3. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet/Chemical Safety Technical Manual);

4. Transportation appraisal report;

5. Dangerous Goods Certificate/Tank Certificate/Classification Certificate (Some products require a pot inspection certificate, and a limited quantity packaging certificate can also be applied for export. Class 2, 1L/3, is 5L, and not all products can apply for a limited quantity certificate. The corresponding UN number needs to be checked. Usually, Class 1 packaging cannot be limited in quantity because it is too dangerous.)

In the power of attorney, it is necessary to indicate the name of the product in both Chinese and English, chemical molecular formula, box type, class NO., UN NO., cargo packaging, and special requirements in order to apply for space and maritime declaration of dangerous goods.

Reminder: When packing, it is necessary to affix danger labels, supervise loading (Guangzhou Nansha needs to supervise loading, Shekou does not need to supervise loading), and take photos.

When packing, dangerous goods signs (25cm * 25cm) and UN NO (26cm * 13cm) must be affixed on all sides of the container.

3、 Export process of foaming agent dangerous goods

(1) In order to ensure the smooth export of dangerous goods, we need to prepare booking materials ten days in advance of departure, including English version MSDS and scanned copies of the dangerous goods certificate, as well as the dangerous goods form of the consignment letter and shipping company (the form may vary for each shipping company). Once we submit the booking information to the shipping company, approximately two working days later, we will receive the pre allocation form, which will list detailed information such as the port of departure, destination port, transit port, cargo weight, number of packages, volume, vessel name, voyage, bill of lading number, cut-off time, and departure date. According to the cut-off declaration time of the shipping company, we will issue a warehouse entry notice to the customer and notify the warehouse to pick up the container the day before the cut-off declaration. The next morning, we will provide the box number and send the packing list, declaration authorization letter, scanned copy of the original dangerous goods certificate, and English version of MSDS to the declarant. After completing the declaration, we will receive an electronic yellow receipt (Port Dangerous Goods Operation Declaration Form).

(2) In terms of cut-off information, we need to ensure its accuracy and completeness, as the format of each shipping company may vary. We will send the confirmation of the bill of lading to the customer for confirmation, mainly verifying whether the information such as shipper, consignee, ship name, voyage, port of departure, destination port, bill of lading number, cargo name, UN class box type, box number seal, number of pieces, gross weight, volume, etc. is correct. Once the customer confirms that there is no error, we will immediately send it to the shipping company.

(3) After the cut-off is completed, we will receive the manifest information and wait for the notification from the fleet for customs clearance.

(4) The customs declaration documents include customs declaration forms, customs declaration authorization letters, packing lists, invoices, declaration elements, and packing lists. We will send these materials to the customs broker and provide a proofreading draft to the customer for confirmation in advance to ensure that there are no changes needed.
