CONSTRUCTION:  The mixer consists of a mild steel fabricated mixing vessel inside which a specially designed shaft fitted with hard faced ploughs  (8 nos) rotate to create a hurling and whirling three dimensional mixing effect. The end plates are of thick mild steel construction bolted to the main shell.. Theshaft is installed in steel housings complete with roller bearings, gun metalbushes, and gland packing and lubrication points for trouble free operations.High speed choppers for breaking up and dispersing of lumps and agglomerates are fitted at the bottom of the mixers installed in steel housings. Each mixeris provided with a Feed port, Pneumatic Discharge valve, Inspection door, Ventopening, and one extra Additive port.

 

DRIVE: The mixer is driven by a 3ph, TEFC, 60hz electrical motor coupledto a worm reduction gear box driving a set of V grooved pulleys. The drive is mounted on a sturdy base frame. Onbigger machines Chain and Sprocket drives or geared drives are incorporated tohandle heavy loads. A electric control panel is provided for operating themixer complete with on of switches, indicating lamps, volt and amp meterssafety cut outs relays etc all duly pre-wired.

 

Finish: The machine is painted with 2 coats of metal primer and polyurethane paint.All machined parts are coated with antirust oil.
