Grinding chamber: Is fabricated from SS 304 material duly machined and fitted with a MS jacket for cold water circulation. The jacket is provided with inlet, outlet and drain connections .At the bottom is fitted is a spring loaded non return valve for product inlet.
Shaft and Milling Disc: The shaft is made from special alloy steel fitted with milling discs duly hardened for long life. The milling discs are replaceable and separated by spacers to create a pumping effect. The shaft is installed in heavy duty flanged block bearings provided with lubricating points. The shaft is coupled to the main drive by a specially designed rigid coupling.
Screen :The screen assembly consists of a perforated screen of 1mm dia slots installed in a cylindrical housing fitted on top of the grinding chamber. The screen assembly and screen is easily removable for replacement and maintenance. A discharge spout is provided on the screen assembly to collect the material. The finished product is easily collected through a discharge chute provided with a temp gauge.
Feed Pump: The material is fed thru a specially designed gear pump with hardened alloy steel gears. The pump is installed at the bottom of the discharge chamber and is driven by a 3Ph,440V, 50Hz electric motor complete with V belts and pulleys. The flow rate of the pump is controlled by a variable speed arrangement provided. The feed pump is provided with all inlet hose connections.
Main Drive: The milling shaft is driven by a 3Ph, 50Hz, 440V electric motor which drives a set of balanced pulleys and V belts. The motor is mounted on the main frame and is provided with a belt tensioning device.
Main Frame: The entire mill is mounted on a MS fabricated frame structure to give a streamline appearance. The frame is provided with foundation holes for fixing the machine on a leveled concrete floor. All moving parts are enclosed in safety guards.
