Non- curable rubber modified asphalt waterproof coating is made of high quality petroleum asphalt, functional polymer modifier and special additives through scientific optimization.

Non- curable rubber modified asphalt waterproof coating has outstanding creep properties, and the resulting self-healing, prevent leakage, channeling water proof, fatigue resistance, ageing resistance, no stress such outstanding application features.

Generally, non- curable rubber modified asphalt waterproof coating and modified bitumen waterproof membrane together form composite waterproof layer.

Main features

1. High solid content, more than 98%, no solvent and volatile matter;

2. Never curing, able to seal the concrete seam automatically, good self- healing ability, suitable for complex construction surface;

3. Good cohesive force in water, suit for grouting of construction seam, deformation seam;

4. Can be used at the temperature below minus 20℃

Technical Datas

Note:

1.The construction surface should be clean, flat, solid without sand, dusty or visible

water;

2. The construction method can be spray or coating and scrapping which depend on

the realities of construction plant.

3. If to spray, before use the coating material, heat it to operating temperature that

between 120℃to 150℃, then operate with special spray machine;

4. Storage: Keep it dry, ventilative and cool, not exposed to the sun and rain, with

the temperature range is 0℃–40℃.
