The carding machine is installed on a large platform with fence around to have safe operation, so and the maintenance safe.

The output fiber net is aspect smooth and clean.

It is controlled by PLC control system, input by screen and auto, manual fine-tuning mode.

There is blowing system installed to the working rollers and strippers to prevent the dust and fiber stuck to the roller edge and bearings.

The whole machine motor frequency control, to apply different process requirements and to save the cost of electricity.
