Description

The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.

Automatic raw material feeding conveyer function is to send the material into the opening rollers automatically, so that assures the operators safety.

Anti-deviation conveyer system to assure a long life conveyer.

The developed rollers are assembled with metallic V-wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% to 100% and not be damaged.

High opening capacity that can be 200kg to 900kg per hour according to different machine model and the material.
