DESCRIPTION:

1.The developed polyester fiber opening machine has been developed according to high

technology in the world market required by our client who is special working with micro

fiber.

2.It can be used for opening both regular fiber and micro fiber for 100% opening rate by

feeding speed adjustable according to different material and quality requirement.

3.The fiber silicon is not hurt by the stable quality rollers that made by metal V-wire which

is the best quality in textile equipments.

4.The main structure of the machine is produced by computerizd laser cutting machine, in

order to stay long life and stable quality.

5.Anti-deviation device for the conveyer that will protect it for long life without proken.

6.There is anti-jam system developed by our own team, so that the machine is not jam

during operation and easy to have maintenance, the operator only need simply clean the

machine once a day after work and double clean once a week.
