Shipping charges to/from are generally not refundable. Exchanges are normally available on new items if you wish. Do you modify shipping costs, You know, artificially inflating the shipping fees?

No, we do not. We charge what USPS, or the UPS charges. However, on international packages we add just a 49-cent handling fee to defray the packaging costs such as packing peanuts and boxes. You will also see that we will sometimes bump up your shipping to a faster Priority method at NO extra cost.

What is your handling charge?
None on Domestic packages and only 49 cents for most international! No matter how large the order or what country we are shipping to, it stays the same. That covers the tape, sometimes the boxes, packing peanuts, bubble-wrap. You know, the usual. We do not add-on extras to the rates provided to us by USPS and UPS. It always depends on your location and package weight and whether or not we can utilize a Flat-Rate carton for you..

I noticed that you don't offer "First Class" for domestic shipments, why is that?
We have had over 20 years in the mail order and web business and have found that folks like having a fast and safe method of shipping at their disposal. First Class takes too long and many times does not offer a true delivery confirmation such as Priority. Also, unless your package is heavy or large US Priority can be more reasonable than UPS to your residence.

I live in a foreign country and have received your shipping notification detail however, I cannot seem to find the package has been shipped on the USPS site. Why is that?
USPS First Class doesn't offer real-time tracking info. Most times if you use the Customs confirmation number to track your package, you won't get any information. That number recorded is the US Customs number, which you can give to your country's Customs Office in the event of a late package. Please be patient and rest assured that we did send it when you get the Customs number from us. For example, it can be about 10-14 days for Canada or 20-30 days to Australia.

What about Customs and other Int'l fees?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company. Please remember that the US Postal Service does not have the typical landing costs associated such as UPS does.

Would you lower the value stated to save me on duties for an International shipment?
