Payments accepted: PayPal and All Major Credit Cards. ALL IL RESIDENTS WILL BE CHARGED IL SALES TAX. *We gladly accept PayPal! However, payments MUST be completed using eBay’s or our checkout system. DO NOT send a PayPal payment directly by logging into your PayPal account - it WILL NOT be recognized by our software and your item WILL NOT be shipped until you contact us and further arrangements are made. **If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we are not in charge of the outcome.

Shipping

UPS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING is available on all items shipping to addresses within the U.S.  Your order must be paid by 3:00 PM CST in order to be shipped that day. You do NOT need to contact us to arrange for overnight shipping; simply purchase the item you want and choose "Next Day Air" shipping at the checkout.

 Additionally, if a listing advertises "Free Shipping", this method is NOT applicable to your location if you are located OUTSIDE of the United States.

UPS does not ship to "P.O. Box addresses". If your order has a "P.O. Box address" for the ship-to address, and you have chosen UPS shipping, we reserve the right to ship your order with USPS Priority Mail instead. To prevent this substitution, please provide a physical shipping address for all UPS orders.

Please note: Once we've shipped your order, it's no longer in our possession and we can't prevent delays caused by the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING CARRIER DAMAGE: Please don't throw anything away (i.e. packing material and box) as we will need to file a damage claim. CONTACT US!

Warranty & Returns

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO PURCHASE. Please make sure you compare any part number(s) listed on the ad with your current item's part number(s); this will ensure you are purchasing the correct part. If you have any questions about the item please contact us before placing the order. ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we will not refund the shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30% depending on the return. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order. ANY PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO US MUST HAVE AN RMA FORM INCLUDED. The return period is 30 days, some items include a warranty that lasts longer than 30 days, in this case we will replace a failed item but not accept a return after the first 30 days.  Things that void a warranty AND further business with us are physical abuse of the item, improper use, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service. l need to file a damage claim.
