• The fiber filling machine is mainly used for conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber filling into plastic and woven bags.
• The whole line is assembled by fiber opening, fiber blower and filling device.
• It is controlled by PLC control system that can be handled by 2 operators.
• Weighing system with tolerance about 500g per bag requires even raw material feeding by the operator.
• High capacity; there are 2500kg capacity in a working day.
• Automatic feeding conveyer feeds the raw material automatically.
• Electronic metal alarm system;
• The rollers are made by V-wire, so that fiber opening rate can be 98% up without hurting the fiber and long life with
less maintenance.
