1.The automatic polyester fiber filling machine is mainly used for fiber opening and filling into shipping bags in order to save freight

    for long journey transportation.

2.It can be handled by only 1 operator that controlled by PLC program.

3.The bale breaker can load 2 bales of raw material once a time.

4.Special V-wire arranged in the fiber opening machine that make high opening rate and not hurt the fiber silicon.

5.The rollers are process with good dynamic balance process,so that the machine is running without noise and vibration.

6.Anti-deviation and anti-stuck system make the machine long life and less maintenance.

7.All electrical parts are adopted  the most famous world brand such as Siemens ,Schneider ,AB etc.

8.The different power and safety standard is able to meet the CE UL and Australia high safety standard rules.
