DESCRIPTION:

• The whole line can be used to mix different material by electrical scales according to different ratio and then distribute to the carding machine after pre-opened by a pre-opening machine for about 50% opening rate.
• It can be used for both siliconized and non-siliconized polyester fiber, low melt polyester fiber, conjugate and hollow polyester fiber.
• The bale breaker is able to load 300kg once a time and transported to next program continuously without any operator.
• Separated electrical scale frame which is able to avoid the air pressure coming from the front part in order to assure a high accuracy weighing data.
• The pre-opening machine is made by claw nails that will not damage the fiber, so that gives a high and stable final quality.
