Tube squeezing and sizing system

 This equipment is designed simply as C type and has 9 oil cylinders for hydraulic drive.
It is used to squeeze and calibrate small heated elbow on the same level. A qualified 180°elbow of Φ=76mm thickness=12.7mm R=1.5D can be squeeze to R=0.6D and achieve technical requirement.

Mainly uses PLC control, heating control in the same panel, simple operation, low failure rate. Use sensor to test squeezing distance.

Thin oil Auto lubrication pump and dry oil manual lubrication pump for all friction surface.
