Prodcut introduction
WFD series smart eletromagnetic flowmeter could measure the volume flow rate of the conductive liquid and serosity, widely used in the industries of chemcial, invironment protecting, textile, metallury,mine, medicine,paper,plumbing,food,sugar,brew etc.

 

Working principle
The working principle of the eletromagnetic flowmeter is based on the Farady law of electromagnetic induction. The inside lining of the measuring tube of the flowmeter is the insulant which is non-magnetic conduction alloy tube. The two electrodes is installed vertically with axial flow direction. The electrode tip is paralleled with the inner tube surface. When the magnet exciting coil underways square-wave pulse by two-direction, it will produce one magnetic field with a intensity of magnetic flux as B. At this time when there is one fluid with a certain conductivity flow through the measuring tube, the incising magnetic line of force responsively produce electromotive force E When the conductive fluid pass the tube with the inner diameter D with the average velocity of flow: V(m/s), there is existing one field with the uniform intensity of magnetic flux as B. So it could sense the electromotive force E which is vertcial with the electromagnetic dirction and flow direction.

 

Production features
1. The product is fit for the liquid flow measurement which the conductivity of the liquid is over 5μs/cm. The change of conductivity does not efffect the performance.
2. The flowmeter could keep the high measuring accuracy for a very long term, and actually does not be effected by the phisical characteristic. The measuring accuracy could reach 1 class, 0.5 class.
3.The flowmeter has no machnical and movable elements, it is not need to maintain usually.
4. It is convinent to go into service, and the flow rate sets up automatically on the basis of the range: 0~10m/s.
5.Due to the parts touched with the measured medium, with the good corrosive resistance and wearing resistance, so the product could be widely used.
6.when measuring the medium containing oil or the electrode surface deposites and covers one layer of nonconductive matter, the changeable(cleaning) electrode may be selectec. 7. applying the advanced excitation arithmetic.

 

8. applying the most excellent integrated circuit to eliminate the interference when the excitation switches. For taking advange of the method of excitation circuit compensation to make the stability of the product to the high-point.
9.The design provide plentiful output interface for the very convinent use.
