SB2100 sires smart flow integrating meter composite of 21ooA, 2100A,2100C,2100D,2100H,2100Z etc. model. Through the simple programming, the smart flow integrating meter could measure the parameters of every kind of gas, liquid, saturated vapor and overheating vopour etd., to realize the pressure automatically compensate the density, the temperature automatically compensate the density, the temperature and the pressure compensate automatically compansate.

The 2100C smart flow integrating meter possess all the functions of the 2100C meter, and also configures the mirco stylus printer which could print the momentary flow rate, accumulated flow rate, pressure, temperature, and present time and the beginning and ending time of the power-down randomly and timely.

The 2100D smart flow integrating neter is simple one among the SB2100 series. The user only need to set the flow rate coefficient and the density, and the meter could be used with vortex-shedding meter assembly. It is simple and convinent to use,and applicable to use on the spot no needing to compensate the density.

The 2100H sery possess all the functions of the 2100A sery, also could measure the calorie of the medium and integrate.

The 2100z sery calculate the flow rate of the medium by measuring the pulse singal issured by the working flowmeter, and is applicable to the assemble display of the turbine flowmeter, the oval gear flowmeter and rotemeter and is applicable to take the flow rate integrate for the oval gear flowmeter.

 

The main performance index

The input singal of the flow rate

1.SB2100A,C,H: accepting the 0~10 mA,4~20mA eletrical signal of the differential pressure transmitter, the electromagnetic flowmeter or the 0~5000Hz frequency signal from the vortex flowmeter.

2. SB2100D,Z: accepting the 0~5000Hz frequency singal

Note: a. the strandrad of the frequency sinal: the low V≤1V, the high V≥5V.

b. the scope of the accepting frequency: 0~5000HzHH.

The input signal of the pressure(compensation signal):

Accepting the 0~10 mA or 4~20mA electical singal from the pressure transmitter.

Note: SB2100D,Z has no pressure compensatioon function.

The temperature input signal(compensation signal):

Accepting the 0~10 mA or 4~20m electrical singal from the temperature transmitter, and also accepting the resistence singal from the Pt100 platinum resistence.

Note: SB2100D,Z has no temperature compensation function.

Output signal( needing the users’ordering requirement to assemble)

Accordingly outputting 4~20mA circuit based on the constant flow change and setting flow bound.

The measuring accuracy: 0.5 class

Possessing RS485 or RS232 communicating interface, and lightning protection

Displaying function

SB2100A,C:could display the accumulate flow, constant flow, differential pressure(prequency), density, temperature, current time,and power up and down query.

SB2100H: could display the constant heat and accumulate heat copared with SB2100A.

SB2100D: display the accumulate flow, constant flow,frequency, denssity, current time.

Note: the differential pressure and the pressure displayed by the SB2100D have no meaning.

SB2100Z: display the accumulate flow, constant flow, frequency, density , pulse count.

Self-repair function:

Beside the softeware watch dog, the hardware system has the watch dog, and replacement system of the power-on and power-down, in case the progrsamme make a mistake, or the system is halted unexpected, which could guarantee the instrument forciblely recover to operate

Power-down protection function:

The calculation result of the instrument and the data set by the user will not lose when the power is down, and could preserve for ten years.

The working power supply:

AC: 220V±15%; the power consumption: less than 5W

Output power supply:

Two part: 12V/1W, 24V/2W; The two parts is not common-base.

External power souuce function( assembled by the user’s ordering requirement)

This intrument could accept the AC and DC supply, when the AC supply is down, it could automatically launch the 12V external DC supply, when the AC supply recover, it turns to the AC supply.,
