Use and features

 

This rolling machine works with full-automatic strip cutting machine in the industries of shoe making, garments, box, cap, leather, etc. It is used to roll cloth material into 45-degree diagonal or straight-grain fabric rolls, and to measure the length of cloth. 

 

l This machine has double functions: directly rolling straight-grain fabric materials, and cutting cloth by 45 degree with slash and small round blade before rolling into rolls. The latter rolls will be moved onto round-blade strip cutting machine to get crossway strip of required width. Customers’ special specification demands can be satisfied by OEM.

 

l Stepless speed-controlling system is used for rolling. It helps to get the best speed for different materials, so operation is easy. A stainless steel cloth barrel is supplied together.
