Product Description 

Magnetic Lifters has strong magnetic path produced by NdFeB magnet which supply permanent power, On and off of the magnetic path is controlled by turning the manual handle. The lifters have the features of strong attraction, smaller volume , lighter weight ,powerful lifting effort ,easy and safe to operate, long-period effort 

and without power supply. They are been used to lift and transport the steel and iron for factories,docks, ware houses ,transportation etc. It can hoist iron, steel blocks, cylinder and others and provide a quick and convenient method of loading, unloading, and moving.

According to customer’s different requirements,we manufacture five series permanent magnet lifters.

Application and Attribution of lifting magnet :

The permanent magnetic lifters are mainly used for lifting the steel plate and round steel, because of the light weight, ease of operation and powerful suction, magnetic lifters are widely applied in ship engineering, warehouse, transportation and machinery manufacturing.

Features of lifting magnet : 

1) Adopts new type and high Performance Nd-Fe-B magnetic material.

4) Effective for long periods with no need for a power supply.

Package:

 1. By Sea: They will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton. (Detailed package

quantity should be made upon the real products)

 2. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron         sheet to shield.

Transportation:

All available shipping ways could be applied, by courier, air or sea, better to choose by sea.

1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air.

2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.

3. Full-way tracking the cargos for you before the goods arrive.
