General Description

    HWMAG Drawer Magnets are ideal for removal of iron and paramagnetic contamination from a range of dry free flowing products such as sugar, grain, tea, etc. They are totally constructed in 304 stainless steels. Consisted of a row or most commonly rows of round magnetic tubes that are assembled into drawers.

    The magnetic bars emit high magnetic field across the gaps between them. As material flows into the top of the housing ,it is forced to cascade in a zig-zag pattern from row over the magnetic tubes, this ensures maximum tramp metal capture since the product comes in direct and repeated contact with a magnet as it travels through the housing.

    Housing are available for both square chutes and round pipelines and flanged to suit each customer’s requirement for ease of installation.

Standard Magnetic Drawer:

1: The characters like Magnetic strength and Maximum Operating Temperature on the tube surface are the same as the magnetic bar.

     For round magnetic bar, we have diameter 0.75" ,0.875",1",1.25",1.5",1.75",2",3",4" for your choice. But the most common diameter is 1". Standard tube length range from 3" to 60"long.Square magnetic bars can be supplied on request.

Easy-Clean Magnetic Drawer:

1. Advantage: Cleaning is simple

    Externally isolate the product flow, release the securing bolts and withdraw the easy-clean grid assembly. Once the Easy-Clean Grid magnet is extracted from the housing, simply enable the releasing mechanism. Pull the magnetic cores out of the Stainless Steel cartridge and the contamination simply falls away.

2. Magnetic Strength: The highest Gauss Value can be reach 0.9-1T

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Packing: 

 

 

1. By Sea: They will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton. (Detailed package quantity should be made upon the real products) 

 

2. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron sheet to shield.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Transportation:

 

1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air.

 

    P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment.

 

2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
