1.The outdoor inkjet  printing achine is used solvent ink which is easy to volatile and dry rapidly, it is apt to cause the stopping up of the shower nozzle.

2. After the shower nozzle block, the permanent damage of shower nozzle often happen due to improperly washing,thus the scrapping rate of blocking print head is extremely high, it raised the cost of manufacturing greatly .

3. We succeed in developing and use ultrasonic vibration to washing print heads which computer procedure to control the piezocrystal.  It helps them to maintain the print head, enlarge the life span of them.
