HY-1680
The paper delivering parts adopts the rotary system of the front running wheels. The delivering rod and belts are drove by the servo motto to assure the accuracy of the size and paper reaches the front after cushion. The side pushing parts adopts the bumped wheel of the round rod, is very accurate and adjustable. The front paper delivering parts is aided by the adjustable and strong inhaling wind system to flatten the paper and stabilize the speed.
The die cutting parts adopts the improved crank toggle which drives the moving head up and down to do the die cutting. The frequency controlled main generator transfer the power onto the main axle through the speed reducer of the worm and worm wheel, and the main axle drives the crank toggle.
The controlling system uses the programming computer of Taiwan Fatek. All the appliance adopts the well-known brand as Yaskawa, Fatek,SMC,OMORON etc. And it is equipped by the big color screen indicating the hichs and solutions to achieve the human and machine interactions.
Furthermore, all the main parts and movements were analyzed by the tension test and imitated by the computer. The foundation and wall uses the advanced technology to ensure a strong base. The main parrs was made in one time by the processing center. The die cutting parts use the materieral imported from Japan and Germany, the main alxe and appliances uses the famious brand such as Germany FAG,Japan NSK.
