1,Speed reducer

Add a cooling fan with butterfly brake, prolong the service life of brake pads. Brake block replacement is more convenient, quick,  at the same time, adding the automatic brake proximity switch.

2,Hydraulic system

 shaft ten independent research and develop hydraulic control oil circuit board base paper frame, equipped  with famous brand magnetic valve, throttle valve, making hydraulic opening pressure is big and the noise is  small, easy to operate, fast and save time.

3,Paper roll anti curvature system

It adopts the Anti –curvature of the double manual appliance and the fine programming of paper tension force 

to reduce the phenomenon of the paper curving and make the printing /lamination fine by the wave lashing of

 anti-curvature.

4,Master man-machine interface 

Cutting length set by computer ,paper cutting parameter controlled by tension, and colorful visual interface  enable staff to understand clearly, with beautiful appearance and easy operation.

5,Breaking system

It adopts Japanese SMC’ proportional valve and programmable controlling system of Faket’s PLC to achieve  full auto breaking. It resolved the deviation because of the manual operation and makes the paper’s tension  stabilized.

6,Electric control

7,Programmable control system

It adopts the programmable controlling system of Taiwan fatek’s PLC to improve the ability of anti-interfering and accurate data transmission.

It adopts special dividing rule to observe it friendly and accurately.

9,High-speed and high-precision cross roller blade

Cutting speed is up to 400 rev/min

Cutting accuracy is up to 0.3mm

Adopt British SHM special knife design, effectively reduce the high priority around the time of shaking, vibration and shock sound, neatly cut mouth, adjust knife party.

10,Paper deliverying device

It adopts multistage delivering belt from germany and the anti-friction rubber wheel made of aluminum

coin to delivery the paper smoothly without any marks. 

11,Paper neating device

It adopts the sliding position device of the multi shafts to operate easily and reduce the noise, paper contamination by adjusting the scroll rob.
