This machine works to reduce pure aluminum rod or aluminum alloy rod from diameter 9.5 into 2.3mm~4.5mm.
1. Features
By absorbing the superiority of the high-speed rod breakdown machines both at home and abroad, this machine has capstans immersed in coolant and arranged in a straight row to draw the rod by means of slipping continuously. The drawing machine proper is facilitated with double-circulation cooling system, the first die is serviced by primary drawing circulation system as there is much impurity and it is easy to be changed, the other 12 dies are lubricated by the main tank circulation system (6-ton capacity), as the lube oil is clean, and it is required to be renewed at less frequency than the first die circulation system. In operations, this system is more economical than single circulation system.
Mechanical performance is well matched with the electrical system in terms of speed. It is easy to change dies, and bobbins are changed automatically without stop by a pneumatic system.
