Materials can be heated or cooled accroding to technological requirements. The heating methods such as steam or electric heating can be selected accroding to customer requirements.

Various forms of blending vanes are suitable for production of different types of products.

Made of imported SUS316L stainless steel.The tank body and pipe are subjected to mirror polishing.

Bottom installation type dispersing head and TENG MENG pipeline emulsifying head are optional to speed up dissolution and emuldification of materials.

The stainless steel electric control cabinet can completely supervise the operation of equipment, and display such data as temperature and blending rotation speed. etc.

1.Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.

3. Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.

We will send extra sets of spares and accessories (such as sensors, heating bars, gaskets, O rings, coding letters). Non-artificial damaged spares will be sent freely and shipping free during 1 year’s warranty.
