They are manufactured with very small, high quality synthetic diamonds mixed evenly through a metal matrix. FLYDISC core bits are manufactured to give optimum penetration rates and bit life, which is required to keep the cost of diamond drilling to a minimum.

 

The differences of matures are classified by color for drilling demands.

 The number of waterways and its depth is optimized by the formations to drill.

Core bits are manufactured in one standard depth  of impregnation. Other depth can be supplied by order.
