PDC inserts are designed for petroleum drilling bits,as well as cutting tools.Our products are testified accomplishing the advanced standard in the world by Ukraine National Academy of Science.In 2002,the products are included in the National-grade New Products Trial-manufactured Project.

 

A PDC inserts is manufactured with a diamond layer attached to a carbide substrate. This carbide substrate provides two important functions: a stiff backing to support the diamond, and a surface to attach the cutter to the bit body.

 

We can design and manufacture all kinds of PDC inserts according to the customers' requirements based on the samples or drawings. The FOB price of PDC inserts depends on the shapes we cut according to the customers' requirements.
