Test and Equipment

We have our own test equipment in order to test every piece shackle before shipping to customers.

Speacialty equipment:

a.) forged press machine (4 lines :300t;400t;630t;1000t)

b.) heat treat machine(facality:net type furnace/box type furnace/pit furnace)

c.) inpect equipment:100 tonnes universal test machine(has passed qingdao quality superivise bereau inspect)

d.) rockwell hardness test machine (has passed qingdao quality superivise bereau inspect)

And we have the quality test certificate: ISO 9001 report

In order to let our customer not worry about our products we are planning to got the SGS certificate. Or we can help our customer to got BV certificate.
