Precautions

1.     In general, the lifetime of safety belt is 3~5 years and it should be abandoned in advance if any abnormality.

2.     Waistband, belt and rope of safety belt should own enough mechanical strength, material should be wear-resisting and snap ring (snap) should have safety device. If the use length of belt and rope exceeds3m, buffer should be added.

Before use, check the appearance of safety belt:

(1)  Complete component, no shortage, no damage;

(2)  No brittle rupture, broken strand or knot with rope and webbing;

(3)  No crack, welding defect or serious corrosion with metal fittings;

(4)  Seaming of hook is flat without mismatch, safety device is complete and reliable;

(5)  No obvious deviation of rivet and flat in surface.

Main usage:

It’s personal protective device to prevent aerial worker from falling or hang the aerial worker safety in the case of falling.
