Copper Clad Aluminum Wire (CCA)
Copper clad aluminum wire (cca wire) is a bimetallic wire with a copper cladding concentrically covering an aluminum core, which combines the optimum properties of both metals in a single composite material ideally suited for most electrical conductor applications. The processing method of CCA wire is similar to that of copper wire during cable manufacturing. We specialize in bare CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) wire and CCAM (Copper Clad Aluminum Magnesium) wire, with mechanical characters to meet completely the requirement of making stranded wires, and braiding by high speed braiding machines. We make a wide range of sizes of wires as per buyers’ requirement.
