1.Structure of dies:
The hole of the wire drawing dies is made up of four parts:
*Lubricating area of the entry: There is an arc to make the wires enters to the workaround conveniently.
*The workaround: The metals come about plastic deformation while drawing, the cross section of the metals is compressed and reduced.
2. Material source:
The die materials imported from U.S.A. GE company. Each one has trade marks and certificate of company. Granularities are 351025.
