Product Introduction of high-efficiency machine for rigid pu foam:
1 The equipment is accurate and durable.
2 The tape mechanism has a tension control device, enabling the overlay material evenly into the mould, to make sure the piece has a smooth surface.
3 The side block and adhesive tape recirculation device can guarantee the sealing of the piece and its demoulding.
4 The double-crawler laminating system is of pressure proof, and can achieve a continuously automatic production and limit the foaming material within the mould, ensuring a stable feature in product size.
5 The following conveying and cutting systems can work simultaneously to produce plates of any length.

Q: What is the differences of Continuous production line and Discontinuous production line?
A:1)In the continuous production process, the production of sandwich materials are processed together with high-speed.Polyurethane foam continuously spray between the upper and lower surface of the formed sheets which are moving at a constant speed, and polymerization to produce different forms of polyurethane sandwich panels. Formed sandwich panels are cutted as expected length,and the cutting process does not stop the production line.
In the discontinuous process, the material is treated separately, which means that after sheets forming, cut to the desired length, and then fitted together into the laminating machine.
2)Continuous production is more efficient than discontinuous production. Continuous production process is suitable for high production enterprises. Discontinuous production applied to special shape products which can not do continuous production, or the production not worth the investment of continuous production.
3)Considering storage and raw material management, the continuous production line is the best choice: Continuous production line reserves sheet rolls uncoiler at the beginning and automatic stacking packing system at the end of the production line, to make ready for the delivery. No need to consider how to store the finished products.
Discontinuous production line require a storage of formed steel sheets, and needs workers manually move panels from the laminating machine, then make the stacking. This way the productive efficiency is very low. And enterprice must prepare the warehouse for sandwich panel storage.
