ACS-III-180 Auto Density Control Mixing Skid
Product Explanation:ACS-III-180 is a new cementing mixing unit.The core parts of ACM-III is adopted the newest mixing and density control technology, which divide the former mixing tank to mixing part and balance part, for the advantage is more accurately and promptly, at the same time it can increase the holding time in balance tank to make the slurry more evenly. The new control software adapt to oilfield work, by which can make the operation steps simpler.
Product Features:
1.Advanced high energy mixing technology. By the first mixing in hemi mixer, second mixing in centrifugal pump or multi-recalculating and multi-mixing in agitator, it can insure the slurry’s quality stable.
2.Divide mixing tank to two parts: mixing part and average part, to increase the slurry’s quality effectively
3.New off-center dry cement valve avoid from bulk-choked
4.F300 non-radioactive densitometer, easy to wash and safe
5.The layout is logical, compact for easy transporting and hoisting with forklift hole and lift pin
