Product Explanation:This unit adopted the technology of ACM-IV.1 auto density control system , realized automatic control of density and fluid level, which can make the density reply and control more timely and accurately, moreover according to oilfield’s working habit, it can optimize the software measurement, and simplify the unit operations largely.
Product Features:
1.300HP drive engine power, strong , enough drive for HEMI system
2.Advanced high energy mixing technology. By the first mixing of HEMI mixer, second mixing of centrifugal pump, multi-recirculation and multi-mixing, to ensure slurry stable.
3.Adopt ACM-IV.1mixing system, to realize automatic control of water, bulk, density and fluid level
4.3.2 Cube averaging tank, by which slurry has enough time and more regularly, to realize the small batch mixing with max. 4.5 cube
5.New off-center dry cement valve avoid from bulk-choked
6.F300 non-radioactive densitometer, easy to wash and safe
7.Install transmission pump (pressure pump), pouring pressure for pump equipment to increase big pump’s volume efficiency
8.Optimizing design of interface, make operation more simpler and suit to working custom in oil field
