Application Areas
Neptune Mass Flow Meter co-manufactured by Actaris Liquid Measurement Division and Hubei Jianghan Petroleum Instrument & Meter Co., Ltd is a meter for refineries and petrochemical plants. The meter is now widely used by many petrochemical plants. The measuring system is connected successfully with DCS controlling system, realizing remote control of management of data information. In general, the Neptune Mass Flowmeter is widely used in those fields such as petrochemical plants, food processing, pharmacy and papermaking. It is capable of making real-time measurement of mass flow rate, mass total, density and temperature of process fluid. Therefore it plays an important role in the custody transfer and measurement of compounds.
Features
Adopting advanced DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology, Neptune Coriolis Mass Flowmeter, a new type of direct-measuring flowmeter, has greatly improved its anti-interference capacity.
Characteristics:
1. Its open software platform allows users to select desired communication modes and window-based system configuration.
2. Preset (two-stage) batch control in explosion-proof / flameproof area from local keypad / display Unit.
3. Explosion proof alarms and self-diagnosi scapability.
4. RS485, Modbus and HART communication protocols.
5. One (with HART) analog output; one pulse (quadrature) output.
6. Dual omega-shaped flow tube design produces a smooth flow passage, low pressure loss and higher Coriolis sensitivity.
7. High accuracy, excellent repeatability and reliability and great measuring ratio (100:1).
8. Its transducer is made of various materials (316L,Hastelloy c-22) for measurement of different fluids.
