SBY-Q Automatic Pressure Gauge Calibrator is mainly used to calibrate various pressure gauges, pressure meters and temperature gauges.

 

Features

 

1. The whole calibration process as pre-loading, loading, load-keeping, load-decreasing, unloading to zero and recycling, etc, can be cawied out autonatically.
   2. Flexible switch between automatic, semiautomatic and manual operation ensures accuracy of pressure and working efficiency.
   3. System can automatically correct load in accordance with the factors that may affect the accuracy of pressure, such as local acceleration of gravity, density of air, ambient temperature, deformation of piston and difference of liquid level, etc.

 

4. Featured with large-oil-volume prepressurization, fast weight  adjustment and balanced pressure adjustment; enjoying four national practical new patents.
5. It can be used to conduct calibration of non-integer pressure points and check sensitivity valves.
6. The system can also provide customers with pressure course curve and temperature course curve for dynamic view of the calibration so that the operators can learn its working status at any moment. Users can calibrate their pressure gauges autornatically in accordance with the calibration regulations and formats stipulated in "JJG-09 Electronic Downhole Pressure Gauge"
