Class IV: Sulfite Ammonia Caramel Colour (E150d), made by controlled heat Treatment of Food grade carbohydrates, with both sulfite and ammonium containing compounds.
The degree of binding to DEAE is > 50% and the absorbance ratio is < 50 %
