The Chips warming stations are designed to take hot food and maintain it while waiting to be served, plated or packaged or moved into a hot display cabinet. It is very useful for getting the most out of your fryers and cooking equipment.

The Chip Warmer maintains cooked chips at the correct serving temperature and allows the basket to be immediately returned to the fryer for the next batch. At the same time, the heat lamps serve to throw a yellow light onto the cooked chips to enhance presentation.
