Be careful:

a. Before first use, wash pan in warm, soapy water with sponge or dishcloth.

 After drying, condition non-stick interior by wiping with cooking oil.

b. When cooking, use low to moderate heat. High heat is not necessary and         

 may damage the pan.

c. Cooking highly acidic or salty foods may damage the non-stick coating.

d. Use only utensils designed for use with non-stick cookware (metal utensils        

  may scratch surface).

e. Never use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or scouring pads.
