Structures and Main Parts

1)Fan

A. China famous brand fan professional for closed cooling tower.

B.Axial flow fans, can meet the cooler for air volume and pressure requirements.

C. Axial fan mounted on top of the tower. Fixed on the cooling tower frame and connect with stainless bolts. Removable protective nets set in the side of the wind turbine.

D. motor is outdoor and waterproof, protection IP55, insulation class F; power: 380V / 50HZ / three phase.

E. Duct connection with fasteners made of stainless steel; the inner and outer surfaces with hot-dip zinc treatment.

2)Coil

A. Cooling coil made of stainless steel, it is not only conducive to the heat exchange, and the overall design can avoid the deposition of dirt coil outer surface.

B. Each set of tubes arrangement consideration consistent slope, aspect same as water  flow direction, in order to facilitate water discharge pipe, the pipe slope is 0.01.

C. Support frame of coil is made by galvanized profiles, the processing technology meet the requirements for welding metal processing and welding national standards. Support frame surface cleaning and coating and fluid coolers same framework.

D. Design pressure is 0.8MPa, tubes in each group go through preflight and pressure tested, qualified and then assembled. Test in the water with pressure1.0MPa after assembled ensure no leakage.

E. Heat exchange coil material  is 304 stainless steel, thickness 1.0mm

3)Spray tank and tank shell plate

A. Spray tank made of high strength galvanized steel production, δ = 2.0 mm.

B.Tank shell plate using galvanized steel plate, the materials of aluminum, zinc  and silicon  composed of a combination of aluminum corrosion resistance and heat resistance, and zinc "sacrificial anode" is the ideal combination of aluminum and galvanized steel plates and other characteristics of the product. This kind of plate life is 4-6 times than the normal galvanized sheet. All cuts, notching and welding of the housing plates are coated with 95% zinc high zinc epoxy paint. To improve the corrosion resistance of materials, the housing board is durable, non-corrosive. The connection between the housing board in all processes through DACROMET embalmed skid screws, longer service life, which will help to disassemble.

4)Spray water distribution system

A. Spray Pumps: The pump is with high flow, Low head, high efficiency, low noise, low power, and it is closed cooling tower dedicated pumps. Pump motor voltage 380V, protection class IP54, insulation class F..

B. Sprinkler pipe: PVC material, with better cold, pressure, wear, corrosion, sunscreen, anti-collision, water resistance, the use of high strength properties; all spray manifolds are removable type, so the replacement and cleaning are easy.

C. Nozzle: ABS material injection molding nozzle basket type -2-efficiency provided by the well-known brand suppliers; has a large flow, no clogging, water distribution uniformity, no dead ends, etc; in the design of the nozzle so that the different positions of the cloth water flow deviation <5% of the entire water distribution system can guarantee 70% to 130% of the rated flow of water distribution uniformity.

D. Drift eliminator: efficient water collection device is a standard part of BNX series of closed cooling tower, which allows drift loss by circulating water less than0.01%. Drift made by  corrosion-resistant modified PVC , Oxygen index of flame retardant≥30. Packet installed inside the unit, in order to access the internal water distribution system and other components.

E. Water level control system: water spray tank with stainless steel ball valve control.
