JS Polymer-cement Waterproof Coating
Polymer cement-based waterproof coating is made of a synthetic polymer emulsions (such as polyacrylate,
polyvinyl acetate, styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion) and various additives to optimize a combination of
liquid material and matching powder (a special cement , graded sand composition) composite made of two-component waterproof coating, is both of a synthetic polymer material with high flexibility and inorganic materials with good durability. Polymer cement waterproof coating is flexible waterproof coating.
(1)Main components:
1.cement. 2, polymer latex type (powder). 3, sand (quartz sand mesh), 4, fillers (such as TSP). 5, additives (defoamers, anti-settling agent)
(2)Features:
1.Polymer modified: strengthen each substrate adhesion.
2.Breathable impervious: surface permeability, can prevent the formation of water vapor pressure, without seepage, waterproof performance.
3.Good flexibility: can be affected by a slight vibration and displacement of not more than 2-3mm wide
(flexible waterproof).
4.Weather resistance: apply a wide range of environments can be used for exposure, such as days noodles.
5.Simple Construction: cement-based products, waterproof layer directly above the paving tiles, plaster
or paint.
6.Construction damp areas: Due to the internal coating material must penetrate through the role of water in the end, therefore, moist areas can construction, such as concrete dry, must be soaked with water before construction.

(3)Usage:
In wet or dry masonry, mortar, concrete, metal, wood, hard plastic, glass, gypsum board, foam board, rubber, and other base surface construction, for new and old buildings and structures (such as: housing, underground engineering, tunnels, bridges, ponds, reservoirs, etc.) can be used, but also to do a binder to use. Particularly suitable for basements, underground tunnels, bathroom, pool, etc., especially in wet and long-term immersion in water construction conditions.
